Record decline Spanish House prices MADRID – the deep crisis in the Spanish property market seems to be no end to come. House prices in Spain are 12.6% in the first quarter compared with a year earlier. Turns out that figures from the statistics agency INE on Thursday. It is the sharpest decline since INE data about 5 years ago when the housing market began to keep. By the downward spiral on the real estate market, already since the beginning of 2008 continues, many Spanish banks are in trouble.
